When working with a designer, it is important to have someone who is easy to work with, as well as knowledgeable about the technical aspects of design.  Richard could not have been more accomodating toward me, even though I am very demanding.  In short, Richards credentials are only a small part of his qualifications as a designer.  I will not consider using any other designer.
